On Saturday 11th May 2019, Pink Champagne Breast cancer Survivors Dragon Boat team set off along the River Stour to paddle 27 miles. The team were fund raising to help with ongoing costs of such things as boat storage and maintenance and kit. Due to tides it was necessary to start paddling at 2pm, and the team finally finished in the dark at 11pm. Paddling was in 6 miles relays from the Hengistbury head Outdoor Centre toward Christchurch and back.

The team were very appreciative of all the crowd support they received along the way and of course to all of those who have sponsored and donated to the team.
