Our first BDA event of the year hosted by Worcester Dragon Boat Racing Club, an early start and a cold easterly wind blowing all day. We were honoured to be assigned a dragon boat provided by Worcester Dragons, named ‘The Spirit of Helen’, named after one of their team who lost her life to breast cancer.We competed in a number of 200 meter races before the final 1800 meter race of the day.
